Ordering type: online - Available 24 hours a day. Our shopping cart is secure and easy to use! All orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified. Large orders may require some additional lead time. Lead time varies during our busy holiday season. Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
Refunds and Returns: Rocq Macarons delivers products that are made and shipped fresh and are perishable items that cannot be refunded or returned. We believe in your happiness 100% and we will take necessary measures to ensure we still have satisfied customers in the end.
Payment: We accept most mayor credit cards and pay pal services. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Shipping: All orders placed on a business day, Monday through Wednesday, by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time will ship on the same day. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, weekend or on Holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. . We offer Many different options for shipping; USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. Shipment selection must be 2 days maximum , this ensures the freshest quality possible. We ship Monday through Wednesday because this will ensure that your package doesn’t get stuck in a transit facility over the weekend.
A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P. O. Box. Customers will be responsible for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us, and recipient unavailability at the time of delivery. Out of Stock: We diligently try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfill all orders; however, occasionally one of our popular items may be temporarily out of stock. In the event this occurs, we will contact you immediately for an anticipated delivery date.
Allergies: Our macarons contain eggs, milk, soy and Treenuts, so please use appropriate precautions when placing your order.
